After a 45 min flight you will be at Havana International Airport ‘José Martí’. Outside the terminal you will be welcomed by a Cuba Bien staff member and your local guide.
Pick up by a comfortable bus and transfer into the city of Havana for a panoramic tour.
Lunch at a local ´paladar´, the name Cubans give to a family owned restaurant.
Visit Muraleando, a social and cultural project in Havana´s outskirts where group of artists and independent social workers have given back life to one of the poorest neighborhoods in Havana.
Check in to ´casa particular´, the name Cubans give to private family-own Bed & Breakfast in a nice neighborhood in Havana.

Breakfast at ´casa particular´.
Tour on an old privately owned 1950`s car to transfer to Old Havana for a walking tour of the four main squares of the city. Visit to the members of the Experimental Graphic Workshop and discuss what they do for a living.
Lunch at a local ´paladar´.
After lunch you will visit The Art Craft Market Almacenes San José, the artisan's market in Old Havana. This is a space created for sellers of handicrafts. This is an opportunity to share with the local artisans.
On the way to return to ´casa particular´you will enjoy a panoramic tour around Paseo del Prado, Parque Central and El Capitolio and visit to a small private Cuban bakery to understand the way in which the entrepreneurs make their way in the current difficult Cuban economy.

Discussion about the life of the famous American novelist Ernest Hemingway by a specialist of the writer´s footprints in Cuba.
On the way back we will have lunch in a´paladar´ at the fishing village of Cojimar, home to Gregorio Fuentes, friend of the known writer and inspiration of one of his novel The Old Man and the Sea.
After lunch Performance by a talented Independent dance company: Havana Queens, have an open discussion with the dancers.
Return to ´casa particular´.
Dinner at a local ´paladar´.
Visit to the Fabrica de Arte Cubano (FAC) a trendy place created to give a space to the new generation of Cuban artists. You will enjoy the contemporary art exhibitions and the live music.

Breakfast at ´casa particular´.
Departure to the Western province of Cuba, Pinar del Rio, to visit the Valley of Viñales ranked among Cuba´s most beautiful landscapes, an expanse of lush green surrounded by rock formations with vertical sides and rounded tops, called Mogotes (pin-cushion hills).
Visit and exchange with the tobacco grower farmer Benito, where we will learn about the way of living in the rural area of Viñales and the procedure to make the world famous Habanos.
Lunch at Finca Agroecologica El Paraiso.
Return to Havana
Farewell Dinner at a local ´paladar´.
After Dinner you will attend an evening show called Legendarios del Guajirito with live music from new and old members of the famous Buena Vista Social Club. If you wish to stay a little longer your guide will let you know how to get a taxi back on your own.
